What is the purpose of the consultation?
The consultation is a no-pressure conversation to understand how your business operates today, where systems may be holding you back, and whether there’s a smarter way forward.
We’ll talk through your current setup, challenges, and goals and be honest about whether CoreBiz is the right partner for you.
Is the consultation free?
Yes. The initial consultation is complimentary.
It’s designed to provide clarity, not a sales pitch.
Who is this consultation best suited for?
We typically work with organisations that:
Have between 5 and 500 staff
Turn over $10m–$250m annually
Are growing, restructuring, or outgrowing their current systems
Our clients are commonly in retail, wholesale & distribution, education, professional services, logistics, and not-for-profit.
What systems do you specialise in?
CoreBiz specialises in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as the core business platform, supported by Microsoft’s wider cloud ecosystem.

We’re not on Microsoft yet - is that a problem?
Not at all.
Many of our clients come to us from legacy systems (including on-premise solutions), accounting software, or fragmented platforms that no longer scale. The consultation is about understanding your starting point – not where you “should” already be.

Will you give advice even if we’re not a good fit?
Yes – that’s part of our values.
If we’re not the right partner, or if now isn’t the right time, we’ll tell you and point you in a better direction. We focus on long-term relationships, not short-term wins.
Do you work with Australian and New Zealand businesses?
Yes. CoreBiz is headquartered in Australia and supports clients across Australia and New Zealand, with cloud-first and hybrid delivery models.
Who will I be speaking with?
We like to work closely with our clients – the benefits of being a people-first organisation. You’ll speak directly our lead team, usually Tim Higgs or our Director, Andrew Simmons – someone with hands-on experience in ERP, finance, and business operations.
What happens after the consultation?
If there’s a strong fit, we may suggest:
A deeper discovery or scoping session
A system review or roadmap
Or simply giving you time to reflect and come back when ready

How long does the consultation take?
Most consultations run for 30–45 minutes, depending on the complexity of your business and systems.
How should I prepare?
You don’t need to prepare anything formal.
If you know what systems you’re currently using and where things feel clunky or unclear, that’s more than enough.
